Do You have the quality of being humble enough to be the right leader of your team?

If I said that the only way to improve your business was taking 💪action, I am sure that most of you would believe me.

In fact, one of my favorite theories of life (and one that I personally live by every single day) is the Theory of Causality, or the idea that for every decision made there is a cause and effect🔄.

Seems pretty easy right🤔? Not really, as there is one catch to it: The only variable that you can control is the decision making, so you must be wary of the effect (the cause is in the past).

As much as we would love to be able to always have good👍 outcomes no matter what, something that may seem like an action with too good to be true results can end up being very detrimental.
