Police SWAT on my home. Part 1

Oct 2018, Casa Grande Police Department SWAT my home in a (failed) attempt to cover up that our daughter was assaulted in a former Casa Grande “Cops” home the prior day.

Prior to the SWAT our daughter and her boyfriend asked us to consent to a child marriage prior to her 17 year old boyfriend from going into the US Army. We refused to consent to our 16 year old daughter having a child marriage. This prompted our daughter, her boyfriend and her boyfriends parents to put together a plan where they would allege child abuse against us, their family friend at the DCS office would handle the case to get the outcome they wanted (they admitted to having a friend at DCS). We were supposed to be “too Mexican to fight back” and we weren’t the kind of people “to petition shit”. Their judge friend was supposed to handle the court aspect of all of this (they denied having a judge friend and the judge denied conflict of interest). Every officer at the SWAT on my home was determined to have a personal relationship with the defendants (this was also denied by the police department).

Prior to our daughter and her accomplices pitting their plan into motion, our daughter was beat up by her boyfriend in their home. She sent photos of her injuries immediately after they occurred to her friends and told them what happened. She was still at the boyfriends house.

Since their was an actual injury present, they decided this would be the injury they attempted to accuse us of. A 911 call was placed from a location nearly 50 miles away from our home. The 911 call wasn’t dispatched over police radio, it was coordinated privately. No radio calls.
