Russia's (Vladimir Putin) and Saudi Arabia's (Prince Mohammed Bin Salman ) teamed up to weaponize energy and oil against Americans and the United States. OPEC+ will lower daily oil production by 2 million barrels per day. Gas prices and inflation will rise. Biden is defenceless against OPEC but may have created a greater dependency on OPEC by closing down US pipelines and pushing the green energy agenda too quickly.
