🥤Drink For Weight Loss And Glowing Skin Recipe!

Prep time: 1 min | Servings: 1 glass | Calories: 3 kcal (approx)

Ingredients/Instructions:

Add 1 1/2 cup of warm water into a glass.
Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
Add 1 tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother).
You can add 1 tablespoon of raw honey but this is optional.
Stir well and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
Drinking it on an empty stomach before breakfast will help in digestion throughout the day and cleaning and detoxifying your body.
Don't drink it daily as it is acidic and can bring other side effects.
If you're intolerant to acidic juices use only a few drops of lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
Use a straw because acids wear away the enamel that protects your teeth.
