Second grafting with dormant bud in September on the same cornus mas tree (P4)

Mid-September and we continue this year's grafts with sleeping bud on the cornus mas trees choosing a branch of recent growth for scion.

The tree is already grafted with three different varieties. This time we chose the Bulgarian, which produces large fruits, but they do not have the antioxidant properties that the wild varieties of the mountain have.

Either way, the specific grafts will be made on branches of wild trees and, if successful, their fruits will be edible like exotic fruits.

The two grafts were done on shoots at a height of 1.50 meters, so we had no ergonomic difficulties, as in the previous ones that were done low but today the problem is the 6 Beaufort winds. We cleaned the neighboring branches so that they do not interfere with the wrapping of tapes and aluminum foil.

This particular tree had a successful graft last year and this year were made on two shoots. Grafting on the front shoot was done in the previous video: [https://youtu.be/6hX0or1e3Io]
