San Antonio Police Officer Fired After Shooting at Teen in McDonald’s Parking Lot

A San Antonio Police Officer was fired after being involved in a shooting incident while he was responding to a disturbance call. The incident was unrelated to the initial disturbance call. According to the San Antonio Police Department, the officer approached a vehicle that he believed had fled from an attempted stop the night before. The officer opened the door to the vehicle and the driver reversed the car abruptly, leading the officer to discharge his firearm.
