Lateral Epicondyle of Humerus via Common Extensor Tendon

Insertion:
Middle & Distal Phalanges of 5th Finger (via its dorsal digital expansion)

Functions:
1- Extension of the 5th Finger @ MCP, PIP and DIP Joints
2- Extension of the Hand @ the Wrist Joint

Nerve:
Radial Nerve
