Origin:
Lateral Epicondyle of Humerus via Common Extensor Tendon

Insertion:
Distal and Middle Phalanges of Fingers 2 to 5

Functions:
1- Extension of Fingers 2-5 @ MCP, PIP and DIP Joints
2- Extension of the Hand @ the Wrist Joint

Nerve:
Radial Nerve
