Extensor Carpi Radialis Longus:
Origin:
Distal 1/3 of Lateral Supracondylar Ridge of Humerus

Insertion:
Base of 2nd Metacarpal Bone

Functions:
1- Extension of the Hand @ the Wrist Joint
2- Abduction (Radial Deviation) of the Hand @ the Wrist Joint

Nerve:
Radial Nerve

Extensor Carpi Radialis Brevis:
Origin:
Lateral Epicondyle of Humerus via Common Extensor Tendon

Insertion:
Base of 3rd Metacarpal Bone

Functions:
1- Extension of the Hand @ the Wrist Joint
2- Abduction (Radial Deviation) of the Hand @ the Wrist Joint

Nerve:
Radial Nerve
