Day 253🥩🔥 on my keto carnivore diet meal prep weight loss results documentary. I’m down over 1 lb from yesterday. I’m thinking this is likely due to the decrease in inflammation from exercise and sunburn I got on the weekend as well as loss of water retention from eating all those grapes on Saturday night and Monday all day. Feeling good today, ready to move forward!

7:15am - 10oz homemade beef bone broth
8:45am - 2 100% grass fed beef patties (0.66lbs) + 5 strips bacon
2:00pm - extra fatrious scrambled eggs (2 whole eggs, 5 yolks, 1.5T ghee, salt)
7:30pm - 2 100% grass fed beef patties (0.66lbs) + 3 ounces of kirkland coastal english aged cheddar

Jordan shared his carnivore lifestyle and even shared some of his daughter Mikhaila Peterson story overcoming autoimmune issues on a strict version of this carnivore diet she calls the Lion Diet. I highly recommend you search both videos where they tell their stories. Next, I read The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino to get the "how to" do this correctly. And during my daily lunch breaks I would watch videos by Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Shawn Baker, and Dr. Ken D Berry to learn more about how to do this effectively and here I am, down 57+lbs, sharing my carnivore diet transformation journey.
