It’s clear that leaders and advocates of “more gun control” or “common sense gun laws” would rather offer their condolences instead of a chance to defend yourself with the best self-defense tool in existence today. I don’t need you to come out with your empty declarations, I need you to acknowledge the right of every sovereign individual to defend their own life, the lives of their loved ones, and their personal property. How many bodies will it take before you realize that a defenseless law-abiding citizen is left to the mercy of violent criminals who by definition will never be controlled by your gun laws, which ironically are devoid of common sense. Pundits and activist would have you believe that gun violence, especially mass shootings, are 1-the fault of the gun and 2-is an American problem, as if no other country, with less guns than the US I might add, experience high levels of gun violence. As they over publicize any violent incident that they can bend to support their goals of a disarmed populace, their self interest exposes their lack of compassion for the lives lost. Empty platitudes; the cold hearted use of dead children to theatrically invoke emotion to manipulate the masses into giving up the one tool that would help us prevent the tragedies in the first place.
