US and allies lobby UN members to support resolution against Russia

Russia is calling on UN member-countries to accept the new reality and recognize the referendums and accession of four new regions to the country. That's amid a massive lobbying campaign reportedly underway at the UN General Assembly, as the US and its allies seek to drum up support for a vote against Russia.

RT discussed the matter exclusively with Dmitry Polyansky, Russia's deputy envoy to the UN.
