Kids smoking at my bedroom window and their mother's bedroom windows next door

October 5, 2022 @ about 3:10 pm. THIS is going on in the back of my apartment next to the two girls who's smoking apt also. There's no way a parent can't see this but, they're too busy doing it too and other things.
THIS is not the first time and it won't be a last time
I thought they were smoking the other day cuz I could smell it. I know I was'nt crazy then that day they were smoking at the front window by the tree sitting down. I just didn't stand there. #smoking at home #they don't have to hide it #she's rolling oh the company took away the basketball brokendown hoop. They asking why? if, you watch the live before and especially last night. Pushing it all down the street. He was talking about "He didn't want it." it's stolen anyhow nobody paid for that, they stole it from elsewhere and brought it here. It's what they do. I know I'll keep posting.
