There are also Small Business Administration loans having to do with Covid 19 and the Payment Protection Loan Program (PPP) that total over 90,000 dollars. Why was the Department of Defense, paying Konnech as far back as 2010, and what job or jobs did they do for them during that time? Information also exists that Google and Facebook teamed up to develop an overseas cable system connecting California to Taiwan and other locations, at some point this cable was "bifurcated" and the data began to also go to another unspecified location. Why was Konnech being given monies as far back as 2010 by the Department of Defense? Ukrainian Central Banker hit with embezzlement charge.
