Head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, is awarded a World Record for most sanctions against one individual - ever! More than the leader of North Korea.

Recently, Kadyrov brought his teenage sons into the Special Operation - aged 16, 15, and 14. While legally they are too young to participate - Kadyrov said they have had military training since a very young age.
