High intensity training is the key to stimulating hypertrophy or muscle growth. Combine high intensity training with the least amount of volume possible to achieve and stimulate growth and then get the hell out of the gym. Fill your body with lots of red meat, eggs, and other foods on a hypercarnivore diet and focus heavily on recovery. This will stimulate the maximum amount of growth.  Tags
