How to Stay Focused when You Experience Anxious or Worrisome Thoughts!
Do you lose track of your goals when you feel anxious? Does your mind wander to how bad you are feeling, or how you might appear to others? Does your thoughts distract you from what you want to achieve?
Training to be task-focused does not require any resources, simply to retrain your brain in a non-anxious setting, so when you do feel anxious, you have necessary resources to call upon to stay focused on the task you want to accomplish.
