The ROCK Dwayne Johnson SLEEP SCHEDULE is Messed Up 😪
So everybody loves The Rock, the people's champ. But this is what he had to say about his workouts and sleep schedules:
I wake up at three. I worked out twice before everyone wakes up. Yeah, I average probably about 5 hours.
Now, to a lot of people, this may sound very inspirational and motivational of, but let me tell you this if you try to copy The Rock's lifestyle, not only will it not work for you, it could be very harmful to your health.
Just because he gets up and does a four-hour morning routine doesn't mean you should do the same. And the reason for this is you may have a completely different lifestyle than maybe you have a family to take care of.
Maybe you're working two jobs. And not to mention, most of these celebrities who are super fit are probably taking performance-enhancing drugs, which gives them an added boost in performance and recovery.
So if you want to improve your overall health, get in the best shape of your life and even improve your overall life would suggest to stop following the advice that celebrities give you.
Their advice works for them because their lifestyle is entirely different from a common man's lifestyle. So figure out what works within your lifestyle to achieve the best results.
