Hope: The Blueprint for Faith

Hebrews 11:1 says that "faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." Faith gives substance to hope—the inner image or blueprint. A man builds his house from a blueprint. In the same manner the believer develops his faith by building the image of the Word in his heart. Hope is the picture, dream, desires, goals, targets and results you expect to get while faith gives life, activates, substantiates, and energises what you hope for. Hope is in the realm of imagination and faith is what brings your imagination into reality. Your hope remains invisible until it connects with faith. It is faith that gives it visibility.
