Elon changed course and agreed to buy Twitter for the agreed upon price, according to a filing on Tuesday, for the agreed upon original proce of $44 Billion! The reversal would also indicate that I was right and that he had absolutely no evidence of bots on the platform. However, the lawsuit is proceeding regardless.

Scotus is preparing to hear Moore v Harper. The heart of the Moore case is a legal notion called the Independent State Legislature (ISL) theory. This theory posits that a provision in the US constitution allows state legislatures to set “time, place, and manner” rules for federal elections should not be subject to judicial oversight. Of course the left are all up in arms, including one particularly corrupt attorney, writing for the guardian.
