• Chris Grew up as a technician working on cars. There was a family business of logistics. He was a diesel technician. He was introduced to real estate through a previous girlfriend.
• The family logistics business went through some trouble. They had their house foreclosed on. The turmoil of not having enough money was engraved in him, the family business going under, parents getting divorced, the pressure getting put on him to be emotionally and financially supportive.
• What did you start for? What was the reason you began? When you are going through a struggle nobody can fix it for you. That comes from the inside not from the outside.
• We have the freedom to make our own schedule. We have to learn to show up consistently and do the right thing day to day. But you have to learn sales. You can’t build a career here without a sales skillset. Marketing too, a realtor without a pulse on the market and how to get eyes on the homes isn’t going to get very far.
• Chris is putting his retirement plan in place by building a foundation for out of state real estate investments and fix and flip ventures.
