Small, nocturnal sugar #gliders are found only in woodland and forested areas of Australia and New Guinea. They are similar in size and appearance to squirrel species found in North America. But because they are considered marsupials, they actually resemble kangaroos, koalas, and possums more. Despite their name and a voracious desire for sweet foods, #sugargliders are omnivore creatures which eat a variety of things on a regular basis throughout the year. Despite limitations in some nations, they are a well-liked option for exotic house #pets.
