When releases like this happen … NOTHING prepares you. It’s like receiving news of a death, for example, that takes you by surprise. The mind doesn’t have a split second to comprehend & the body is already responding in a myriad of ways.

𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝘆 & 𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟 & 𝗥𝗔𝗪. It’s powerful & it’s a grand teacher. SOMATIC in its nature. This is where the magic happens. 💥🌟💥

You learn so much about yourself through your emotions, about what you value, what things mean to you. In my moment, I had the opportunity to FEEL IT ALL. To shriek in shock, pain & anguish. To fall to the floor & cry & wail & release for this incarnations pain & many before, for my inner child & my adult too. To resist & fight in frustration & anger… a melting pot of senses all heaped into one cathartic expression & explosion of LIFE & LOVE. 💜

For we would not react in this way if there wasn’t a great force of LOVE surrounding it. And so we grow. We expand, we go deeper into our wounds, patterns, triggers and response mechanisms, & the body conjures up pain to bring to light from the chasms of the past into the NOW to be healed. Wow…. 😳

Another death.
The rebirth not quite yet complete for I am soothing myself, reflecting in deep silence & contemplation.

What will my instincts expect of me?
What will my patterns dictate as a next move? It’s time to keep witnessing & honouring.
