Rising underground voice Pasto Flocco just wants to let his "fans' imaginations run wild." To him, that's the mark of success, as the New York City-bred rapper is taking the steps to inspire the next generation of artists -- even though he's a contributing member of the new wave. Self-aware and beaming with future success, the 18-year-old singer-rapper is doing everything he can to not box himself in.

Playing basketball in an AAU league in his childhood, sports was where Pasto felt most comfortable -- until he gripped the mic in high school. Making hit tracks like "Family Feud" and "Beretta" in his school's studio -- where FL Studio was uploaded onto every laptop -- it's all been a methodical incline for the PnB Rock-cosigned artist. Appearing on the late-Rock's new project 'SoundCloud Daze' -- which featured a slew of the underground's most prominent voices -- Pasto not only spoke on the influence of PnB within his creative process, but reiterated how thankful he was to have met him. More importantly, his bond with fellow NYC emcee Lil Tecca pushed Pasto to curate his signature sound and build an authentic cult-like fan base of his own.

Following his latest project 'The Walking Glitch,' Pasto now has his sights set on a future album series, 'The Way Life Goes, Vol. 1.' Revealing to fans that his singing will certainly be taking centerstage on the forthcoming project, Pasto's star power should not be underestimated. Locking in with Lil Tecca, SoFaygo and many others, he sat down with OGM host Hakeem Rowe to speak on his latest project, his creative process, NYC drill, remaining "authentic and true to yourself" and so much more in our latest Our Generation Music exclusive interview.
