大休息式十二式做完後要做大休息式,以達到全身放鬆的目的。
仰臥,兩腿分開30公分,雙手自然放在身體兩側,手掌心朝上,頭、肩、手、腳全身放鬆,閉眼,嘴唇微合,臉部肌肉放鬆,面帶微笑。
愛心提示
1.新媽媽產後,在身體沒有不適感的情況下,便可以練習瑜珈。
2.做瑜珈前後一小時禁止吃任何食物。
3.飯後二、三小時內不要練習瑜珈。
4.大病或手術後,絕對禁止練習瑜珈,直到身體沒有不適感的情況下才可練習。
5.做瑜珈時要身心放鬆和心情愉快。
6.注意動作要完全與呼吸配合。
7.作之瑜珈時精神要專注,意念集中於丹田或其他想要醫治之處。
8.了解自己的身體狀況,練習不必操之過急或過分勉強,否則會造成運動傷害。
9.做動作時不宜講話或大聲笑。
10.每一種瑜珈姿勢需重複做3-6遍。
