Toyota Pickup Carb 22R Choke Coil Adjustment

Adjusting the electric choke coil on my carbureted 1983 Toyota pickup 22r. These carbs are cheap and easy to replace, I usually recommend just buying a new one and throwing it on in an hour instead of spending hours diagnosing.
