I suggest he should pre-appove in the future, but this is petty and merely an indiscretion. I assume there is a civil suit against this defendants that need to be established now prior to settlement...

None can claim losses after settlement that can not be proved without reciepts or provable loss.

From what I understand Reiner started this suit in the first place... sounds more like sour grapes.
