Here is a recipe for Halloween Keto fat bombs

Ingredients

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

2 oz. coconut butter

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup So Nourished erythritol sweetener

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 cup pecans

Instructions

1.If your coconut oil isn't already liquid, start by melting it. Melt your coconut butter in the same manner so that it is more manageable.

2.In a mixing basin, blend together the pumpkin puree, coconut butter, and coconut oil.

3. Add your preferred sweetener; we chose erythritol. Additionally, add the pumpkin pie spice. Cinnamon will do if you don't have pumpkin pie spice. Additionally, about 2 tablespoons.

4. Add the batter for your fat bombs into your containers once it has been blended. You can use an ice cube tray or candy molds, like we did!

5. In the end, lightly brown and fragrantly toast some pecans that have been cut on a dry skillet over medium heat. While toasting is not required, the nutty flavor is greatly enhanced.

6. Each fat bomb should have some pecan pieces on top, which should be carefully pressed into place.

7.Eat after setting in the refrigerator.
