Passive Aggressive Pedestrian Blocks Traffic

Info from Licensor: "This man jumped on road unexpectedly to cross and caused the SUV driver to slam their brakes and honk. The man responded by taunting the driver and blocking road for a few seconds then started to walk in front the SUV following closely honking its horn. After five seconds, the man turned around and bashed on the SUV's hood twice with his fists and then walked to driver's side window and started yelling at him. He proceeded to go back in front and started walking in the road again while SUV is again slowly following and honking. That's the moment I pressed record and the events unfolded where the man was taken down. The two men were on the other side of the road and had already walked a fair way and I saw them run to take him down."
