CAQ Francois Legault Wins Landslide by Promising up to $2600 Checks to Residents

Francois Legault wins in Quebec after promising that he will issue payments of $400 to $600 and and additional $2000 to the elderly. Not sure how that is legal, but it secured him a victory. The rest of Canada will be footing that bill BTW.
