Macros on a #carnivore diet?

Should you track macros on a carnivore diet? I definitely think so for at least 30 days. Your gut Microbiome has unfortunately been damaged and adjusted to a shitty standard American diet. So you need to adjust it and really evaluate how you feel and what division of macros works best for you. I think every human being needs to take at least 30% of their intake from protein, more active individuals and hard training athletes need more. So track everything you take in for 30 days because things may creep in that you didn’t expect and you need to evaluate exactly where you are and what needs to be adjusted.
