Ugandans angry with pipeline plan they say will displace tens of thousands

Clashes have erupted at a protest in Uganda's capital, Kampala, against the development of a new East African Crude Oil Pipeline, as demonstrators accused the country’s government of seizing land belonging to locals, and said that the project will displace tens of thousands of people.
