Photoshop Illustration & Animation Process for Bubbling Skull Potion

I have been doing more digital art because I have been sick and sitting in bed, but I still want to create content .... so back to digital!

I realized while making this that the recordings all have a big portion of my screen cut off ... I find that strange ... I will go back and check the settings of my screen capture OBS Studio settings ....

btw I fixed the animation before re-exporting it and adding it to the end ... I just had to change the layer property in front of the skull to normal overlay instead of Clipping Mask ... the clipping mask is really useful though ... I used it in an animation where I had cloud shadows moving over a person as the clouds in the sky moved also.
