Looking for Publisher, Editor, Agent with novel and story pitches

I'm looking for a Publisher, Editor or Agent and potential traditional publishing routes. I'm currently planning on releasing chapters from different books akin to serial publishing like that of novels published in newspapers during Melville's and Dicken's era. I enjoy the idea of releases a variation of chapters with book, chapter and subchapter numbers so readers can see where sections fall in the novel's timelines like grabbing different issues of a comic series but a store is missing a few issues. Or like when Blockbuster would send me tv season dvds out of order.

But serialized independent releases doesn't have to be the way and would welcome a conversation about the traditional publishing route. I just want to know where literary publishing can go from 2022 and beyond.
