First time handgun owner? Transfer initiated? Don't worry. You're good. (Bill C-21)

If you're a first time handgun buyer, or are still waiting for your transfer, here's some peace of mind courtesy of CPC MP Tako Van Popta. As long as your transfer has been initiated, according to the Department of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness (Talal Dakalbab) there are provisions written into Bill C-21 to protect your purchase.
