Praying mantis that landed on my screen

Carolina green mantis I think is the species have no idea of it sex landed on window while I was in my sunroom and realized the temperatures were going to drop into the very low 30s and it would probably kill him or her crazy early cold in September for this region in Western New York so I giving him a a home
