5-minute Breathing for Quick Stress and Emotional Release.
In coherent breathing, the goal is to get your breathing rate down to 5 to 6 breaths per minute. If you are new to breathing exercises, gradually build up the count from 3 to 4, then 5, finally to 6.
In this 5-minute Breathing for Quick Stress and Emotional Release I take you through a series of breathing exercises which focus on taking your breathing rate down to 6 breaths per minute.
This is followed by a quick anchoring relaxation exercise to imprint certain relaxation principles along with breathing that you can implement at any time you feel under emotional stress.
