Cocoa 18g.
Chocolate 100g.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 60-70 minutes.
Place a baking sheet of hot water on the bottom of the oven.
Leave to cool after baking with the oven door slightly ajar.
Pitted cherries 300g.

Bring to a boil and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Cornstarch 1.5 tablespoons.
30ml of water.
lemon juice 1 teaspoon.
Cook until thickened, about 2 minutes.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
