Santa Rosa Blvd - yet another local Taj Mahal

If the County is bound and determined to burn taxpayer dollars on a Santa Rosa Blvd Reconstruction Project, then such a project should be built to the same Federal Highway Administration and the State of Florida Department of Transportation Engineer/Construction Standards as the Brooks Bridge Replacement Project.
