Acting late on covid due to Chinese Forbidding US guy into lab?

March 23rd, 2020. President Trump attributed acting late on coronavirus to Chinese forbidding US virologists to check Wuhan Lab onsite. He called it the fault of non-transparency, despite that China acknowledged the pandemic on Jan and telephoned Dr. Redfield in US CDC about it on Jan 6 (from Dr. Gao, Fu).
