Mu Ban Monrada village flooded again Sai Noi district Thailand

The annual rainy season returns to normal and the flood returns and Mu Ban Monrada village was flooded again in Sai Noi district in Thailand. It seems that this cycle of rain, flooding and stressed and poorer people is normal. It's been more than 10 years, I only see people complaining but nobody doing anything to stop it.
