The British sterling currency is at a record low would it be a good time to multifamily investments?

Good question.

You are thinking the right way. Yes, in general, you want to take a currency that has appreciated and then maximize its buying power. Purchasing multifamily in the United Kingdom is something that I think makes a lot of sense now and would be worthy of consideration.

But don’t make the mistake of trying to be the general partner. You need an experienced general partner to handle the deal for you. If you don’t listen to this advice and try doing a cross border deal without having the right team in place any advantages in currency are likely to be wiped out by poor management of the acquired multifamily asset.

I offer education and training to landlords, engineers, doctors and dentists, and many others that would like to learn how to enjoy the benefits of multifamily as quickly as possible. If that sounds interesting contact my office by going to www.benjaminzmiller.com and fill out the contact form.
