How To Repair Your Aura

We are bombarded on the daily with so much energy. From family, friends to coworkers and the media.

These interactions can tear the layers of our aura (our emotional body), leaving us to feel energetically depleted.

When our aura is torn, it can easily effect our mood.

We may become irritable, feel stressed or weighed down, which is our body indicating it’s time to reset.

Try these 3 simple steps the next time you’re feeling out of alignment.

1. Ground your energy. Send a cord of light from the soles of your feet into the center of the planet.
2. Immerse yourself in a sphere of rainbow light. Then scan each layer and brighten them up.
3. Breathe into your heart. Breathe into all the layers of the rainbow and expand them.

This will energetically repair your aura, and after just a few minutes, start to take notice of how much lighter you feel.
