Tea Recipe For Fasting Days:
1/2 T of each of Burdock Leaf, Dandelion Leaf and Chickweed
1/2 T of Alkaline Tea by The Smooth Generation
1T of sea moss gel
1T of orange peel zest or a slice of ginger (optional, sometimes I add this for flavor)

Instructions:
Boil tea for a few minutes and allow tea to steep for 10-15 min. Then I add the tea to a 2L pitcher and fill the rest of it up wit Alkaline water. On the days I fast, I drink about 2-3 cups of this on ice. This will help curb your appetite as well as nourish your body with all the minerals and nutrients it needs.
