For whom is there “no longer any sacrifice for sins”? The answer is those who “go on sinning deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth” (the knowledge of Christ and his Gospel). Some theologians say that there is not any one particular sin in view here. They assert that the Apostle is referring to any sin that continues to be committed both willfully and habitually, after the individual has heard the Gospel. So what does the Bible actually teach regarding this difficult passage in Hebrews 10:26-27?
