Do 7 rounds of the following circuit. Rest 30-60 secs between each exercise. I have modifications if you choose to do this one without any equipment. 🙌

1️⃣ 10 dip bar/hanging or lying leg raises
OR 15 hanging or lying knee raises

2️⃣ 10 devils presses
OR 10 burpees

3️⃣ 50 meter sprint (preferably at an incline)
