如何紓解壓力
壓力雖然短時間內不會造成疾病,但若長期承擔,就會對身體健康有相當大的威脅。因此面對壓力時,最重要的是要懂得紓解之道,而不是將其壓抑下來。有C是Change,調整目前的狀況;A是Accept,接受你的現況;L是Letitbe,放棄某些東西;MManageyourlifestyle,發揮良好的生活形態以事先作預防,對壓力作管理。
根據上面四種建議,針對壓力的紓解,
一、減低工作上的壓力
1、檢討自己的能力──如果負荷過重是因能力、經驗上的不足,要趕快檢討自己的能力哪裡需要加強訓練,或者哪部分可以請他人代勞,檢討之後再針對問題加以改善。
2、加強時間管理──有時工作負荷過重是因為沒有把完成工作的詳細步驟作周詳的計劃,所以作好時間管理應是一件降低壓力的好方法。當我們定計劃時,不要將時間定得太過緊迫,如果能給自己充裕的時間與空間來完成一件事時,可以紓解壓力。
3、當角色混淆時──應先進行了解工作的內涵,再多與相關的主管或部屬加以討論、溝通與協調。
4、學習拒絕──將自己的情況讓提出要求的人知道,並學習拒絕與你主要工作目標無關的額外事物。當你不懂得拒絕時,時間容易被分割,常常處理一半的事又得重來而浪費了許多時間。
5、授權給他人──不放心別人所做的,往往是工作負荷過重的主要原因之一,要給別人經驗累積的機會。

二、增進人際關係人際關係不好就會造成人我之間的緊張氣氛,不但心理壓力很大,且也不容易得到別人的援助,壓力就無法紓解。人際關係不好的人,大多是自我太強,不容易包容別人、體會別人的想法。每個人都有不同的價值觀及做事的方式,不要主觀認定哪一個對,哪一個錯。事實上,很多事都沒有所謂的對錯,只是習慣不同。另外,多講別人的優點,肯定別人,也都有助於人際關係的改善。三、接受現況、改變想法當環境不能改變時,就改變自己的想法,其實每一件事都有它的多面性,有時改變一下想法,會快樂許多。例如,木訥的人雖然不善言辭,但他常常是很好的聽眾。因此我們應該時常從較肯定的角度看自己,改變一直自貶的想法,最典型的例子是告訴自己「這種狀況可能可以磨練我」「這不像我想像的那麼壞」……
四、常存感恩之心有些人對每一個現況都會埋怨,一直不滿意,永遠要追求更好的,他只注意到未來的目標,失去享受現在所得的快樂,於是便一直在承受壓力。所以學會對於現今所擁有的,持感恩的心情,你會覺得好多了。
五、不要杞人憂天,要練習放棄一些東西
六、要自我肯定提升自我的肯定度,增加安全感,對自己有信心,將可擺脫別人給予的陰影。因此我們應了解自己的長處,常常肯定自己的優點,如果我們在某方面失敗時,就多想自己的優點,不要為一點挫敗而自貶太多。
七、運用肌肉鬆弛法與運動,以鬆弛身體當我們面對壓力且感受身體開始有不良反應時,應嘗試放鬆我們的身體,身體的鬆弛對心理的紓解也很有幫助。最簡單的一種方法是設法讓肌肉處於更緊張的狀態,再迅速將肌肉放鬆,整個人就變得非常自然輕鬆。
