ASCA vs MSCA: Victoria Special

The race that never was. Due to some unfortunate circumstances with Snek, this race never went on and the ASCA informally ended. While the name and series still clings on in iRacing with Online and some Offline racing, this is where the series used to exist. An NR2003 Offline Racing league with hundreds of drivers and lots of drama.
