Boris Johnson could be a 'terrific force' if he learns from his mistakes: Marland

Former Conservative Party treasurer Lord Jonathan Marland says former UK prime minister Boris Johnson is such a "charismatic character" that if he's learned from his mistakes, he could be a "terrific force" as PM.
"If Liz Truss loses the next election, which all the doomsayers are saying she will, then inevitably if Boris decides to throw his hat in the ring, he's the person that can win elections, has won elections," he told Sky News host Erin Molan.
"In fact gave the conservatives their largest victory in years."
