Complete Gameplay Walkthrough No Commentary

Monsters Description
Snakey is the small green snake and does nothing.
Gol is the small pink dragon. They only activate when all hearts are taken and shoots a fireball when in front, it is possible to dodge the fireball and if we are far enough from the Gol.
Medusa looks like a statue and attacks in all directions all the line of sight and through tree and kill instantly if in line of sight.
Don Medusa moves in one line and same attacks as Medusa and attacks in all directions and kill instantly in line of sight and through trees.
Skulls only activate when all hearts are taken.
Rocky just walk around and fall asleep when next to you and wakes up later.
Leepers try to run to you and fall asleep when they touch you, they do not wake up.

Hearts, Rocks, Monsters, Chest and Emerald Frames are all blocking line of sight to prevent being killed by medusas.

Special item can be used once when flashing.
Hammer destroy a rock.
The Ladder can make a bridge on the water.

The egg shots can be used to shoot monsters (can't shoot medusas though) transforming them in an egg that can be pushed, if shot a second time they are ejected from screen. Snakey will reappear after a while to their original position.
